MEET PAMELA

Pamela was born August 26th in Franklin, Virginia. She is the eldest to two siblings, Julius and Soror Phylicia, and claims “favorite auntie” to ZyAria, Joseph, Paul and Christopher. Raised in a military environment by her veteran mother, Soror Patricia A. Hill, Pamela has lived in the following places: Wichita Falls, Texas; Hampton, Virginia; Spouwen, Belgium; North Chicago, Illinois; Omaha, Nebraska; and Montgomery, Alabama. She moved to Montgomery, Alabama to attend Alabama State University (ASU) and has remained in the Capital City since her graduation.

 

Pamela is a huge fan of ASU and is a season ticket holder to their football, basketball, and baseball programs. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys reading, traveling, shopping and bowling with family and chapter members.   

 

Pamela was initiated into the Montgomery (AL) Alumnae Chapter in 2001 and was the 26th person to hold the title of chapter president when elected to the position in 2013. She has held several leadership positions in the chapter, serving on its executive committee for 12 straight years from 2005-2017 and its board for 16 straight years. In addition, she has served at the national and regional level.

 

Pamela is highly regarded in the accounting profession as a Revenue Manager and Accounting Adjunct Instructor. She is regularly sought out for process improvement projects throughout her agency and community organizations. She is a strategic thought-leader with proven results in executing organizational betterment.
